Cherry Blossom

Today's the day ........................ to shiver

It looks from the above as if we have had a lovely warm spring day.  Well, all I can say is - we haven't.

It's been grey and miserable and blooming cold for the most part.  It took until early evening before it brightened up enough for me to take this picture.  The plants really don't know whether they're coming or going.

I'm not all that sure myself ....................


PS  Isn't it funny - I was saying almost the exact same thing five years ago?!  And actually, if I remember correctly, it was a much more shivery day back then.  At least I haven't resorted to lighting the fire today .........
