Testing

Jen wanted to test a recipe for Kara’s birthday at the end of next month. Making a cake is a bit more tricky when Kara has an egg allergy. Not that she’ll be having loads of cake but nice if she can try a bit at least.

Extensive taste testing today shows the recipe is a winner! Especially with lashings of buttercream icing and jam!
