The boys

We took a day trip to Blairgowrie today to visit with our son and his girlfriend and of course their puppy Henry.

The dogs took a wee while to adjust to each other but were so well behaved on the walk we took along the river. They seemed very interested in the viewing point at Cargill’s Leap but weren’t quite tall enough to read the infuriation board!

We went to a lovely dog friendly pub which serves delicious home cooked food - the portions were very generous so beans on toast was all I could manage for dinner. The puppies coped quite well in the pub but the people at the nearest table looked a little put out and made several loud pointed remarks about dogs and their owners. We tried to ignore them but when one of their party went past to use the bathroom, Phin growled and barked at her. We were mortified.
