Apple strudel

Here it is! As announced in one of my previous Blips (see here), today I made my first ever Apple strudel. I was right to trust the recipe, which was rated as "Easy", because it was indeed easy, and the result was delicious. I can't say if it was anything like a 'traditional' Apple strudel, but it certainly was a great dessert, and I think I'll make it again very soon!
