It's not much of a photo. The light was fading, but I just couldn't resist trying to capture the absolute cuteness of these lambs and their mum.
From the matching white tail tips to the white feet, (back legs only!), they are just love adorable.

The breed was originally from an area of Holland called the Friesland and their main use was for milk and cheese production. They were introduced into the UK in the 1980s. 

Breed characteristics include easy lambing, prolific lambs, (often having triplets), good mothers, fast growth rate and a very fine, thick fleece.

All a bit too good to be true? Well the farmer's wife said they do tend to be a bit bossy. 
Nobody's perfect.
