Not far from home

Some days, there is no motivation to do anything but I did make an effort to go for a walk.
My oldest daughter had surgery yesterday and came home last night. I went over to visit and brought her some clean, sweetened strawberries. She is doing well.
Next week, my other daughter will have surgery.
But, today, I am praying for my son in law’s brother who is in ICU with kidney failure-37 years old. Nine years ago, my s-i-l donated one of his kidneys to his brother. We now learn that donated kidneys last 10-12 years.
