This is the coupling between the electric motor (at the left) and the vacuumpump of unit EC 4
Part of the safety-cover has been taken off to make it possible to turn the shaft of the pump from time to time.
The unit is under repair (see yesterdays Blip) and therefore is in preservation.
So all the pumps have to be turned according to a schedule to prevent from damage to the bearings.
