For Your Own Safety!

I took a cycle ride this morning. It felt more like a ride through the reservoir than round it at times. I noticed a few of these signs on the way round. For such a path, there are a surprising number of small, but very steep hills. I cannot even begin to condone this kind of vandalism. I can't help agreeing with the sentiment though.
