Common bluebottle butterfly
The rain has passed and the butterflies are out today.
I was lucky to find this one on the path behind the boat club on my way back from lunch. Apparently there are 16 subspecies of Graphium sarpedon and I think that this is the semifasciatus subspecies. Do let me know if you think it’s someone else.
Extra: much better shots than yesterday’s of the red-whiskered bulbul (senior) departing his perch. I WILL learn to use this camera!
