#665... Chalkboard...

Bit of a heavy emotional day today so definitely needed to visit Lilypad for coffee... So a a snap of their chalkboard... Saw my GP in the morning for my check in and collect medication script as it only comes in a 14 day supply, had chat about how I was feeling, got my flu jab... Later on I had my first appointment with a Psychologist... So I'm feeling very drained... My bestie picked me up and took me out for dinner and a change of scenery... I will be having an early night... Please take care of yourselves...
