First Filter outing

I used my new neutral density filter today. The filter reduces the amount of light that enters the camera lens so that the aperture can be wider and the shutter speed can be slower. In this photo the sun she was shining brightly from behind the camera :))

I have been wanting to achieve this effect for a while now. Many thanks to JohnRH for advice. I think I will be using this quite a bit.
