Strange Mallard.

Unusual colour way for this male mallard.  Looks like the dye has run!
Spotted on the pond in Station Park, Moffat, Scottish Borders, where we went for a wee run and some lunch.
We had booked an outdoor pub lunch for today however we cancelled as the forecast was rain.   Forecast for Moffat was Dry, but it was wrong, as was that for Edinburgh.   Sod's Law.
