Day 239

Anyone want 2 kids to add to their brood?

One is potty trained to the floor,
The other likes exploding nappies to the armpits,

One will declare every food you give is poison, and choke, (loudly)
The other will eat everything handed to it,

One will have you playing chase till your on your hands and knees exhausted, by which time one will be on your back yelling gee up horsey
Meanwhile the other will be using your ankles as a battering ram

One will pin you to the sofa demanding a story 26/8,
Whilst the other snuggles into you refusing to let you move a mm,

They both will let you know when you have annoyed them, with a scream and a glare,
They will both nag you till your grey, (Or in Parent 2's case balding)
They will both join you in bed at 4am, leaving you clinging to the edge, one foot on floor praying your nose doesn't meet the carpet,

One has selective deafness, which I guess is standard in all models of this stage?
The other assumes your deaf and screeches like a hyena, till your reaching for earplugs wishing you actually were!

One is self sufficient and will tend to the other whilst you rock in a corner with a strong coffee muttering to yourself,

On plus note, both are adorable, tell you they love you on a daily basis,
(one says it, the other just head butts and bites your nose)

They can't get enough cuddles, and the smiles and new achievements on a daily basis will make you proud (One has learnt to write her own name)

I do love my children so very muchly, wouldn't change them for the world!
