Chicken pie day

Before the pie I went before work swimming this morning. First time in a pool this year, it was exhausting but ever so good. 50 lengths, home by 8:30, quick shower and then work. I was good for nothing really for about an hour, I really just wanted a bit of a lie down! I usually avoid this pool because the lanes are always so busy but with Covid silver linings there is a max of six in a lane. I will go back! (Maybe in the evening)
