So cold

So cold this morning and Hetty asked to go out at five am. We walked into Buxton through the woods, lovely walk. Sat outside Niro for coffee and it was so cold, I had plenty of layers on but forgot my gloves.
The new hotel looks great but of course not open, having spent so much money and had lots of problems with the work it opened last year only to be closed due to COVID.
Another walk this afternoon, cooked dinner, read for an hour and watched episode 1 of No Offence. Hope Hetty sleeps until 6:30 tomorrow morning.
