Field-Grown Beauties

Even in their declining days, these tulips are beautiful. 

Over a week ago, Phil brought me a bouquet of field-grown yellow tulips from our local food co-op. They came from Skagit County, south of Whatcom County, where we live. The tulips were small, and I didn't know if they'd fill out more over time.

This last pair exceeded my expectations. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did!
