A welcome visitor

He didn't stay long - just pottered about beneath the feeders, checked the birdbath (but didn't use it) then hopped up onto the fence - where I was able to get the only half-decent photo before he took off. Not wanting to scare him off I could only try to take photos through the (not very clean) window until this one which I could shoot through the open window so is clearer.
Many people would say 'it's only a Thrush' and it is - but only the second one I have seen in my garden - they are not so common in the Fens - not many trees or woodland.
