A walk with Helen...

...on the moors above Langsett...
A bit of a wild world out there, and we enjoyed seeing more animals and birds than people on our tour! Watched two buzzards (we think) working the ridge, several grouse, curlew and skylarks (not to mention lots of LBJs, some of which may have been pipits) and several very small lambs bleating for their mums... 
Timed it just right - the rain/sleet started just as we left the car park to go our separate ways! We'd watched several showers pass over in the distance on our circuit. No walls to climb this time, and I was told six miles but it was seven and a half   ;)
