View From Ulva

A really good day.  Had the weather on our side and walked from the ferry to the big house, then on to the woodland walk.  We decided to take the longer route via Livingstone's cave (which rather incongruously has a shed in it) and then got a little lost but found our way eventually.  The dogs were covered in ticks which we spent a while picking off - they do seem bad already - H had one but R and I somehow managed to avoid getting any.  Tea and cake at the boathouse before the ferry back and then went home via Lucy's fabulous garden to drop off a Sage plant and egg boxes.  I didn't really take many photos, too busy talking and enjoying the beautiful island and views across the water.
