Murder?

Would 2 crows constitute a “murder of crows”...? Mind you the one on the right is looking a bit suspicious.

We took the dogs up to Seven Sisters (Quantocks) for a walk and this “murder” were on the parking delineation posts.

We were lucky - no rain, no wind and a reasonable temperature.
