Much Birch

Year 2 Day 37 of UK COVID-19 Pandemic.  First UK Vaccine 144 days ago. England & Wales opening up.

Not far away from Ross on Wye, on the road to Hereford, is the lovely village of Much Birch. I often see its tower sticking out from trees and today stopped to have a look. The aerial shows this Victoria church called St Mary & St Thomas a Becket with the best angle to avoid the trees!

Late this afternoon we had a strong hailstone downpour. Our new laid lawns needed a good soak these last three days but it'd be nice for the sun to come back for the Bank Holiday weekend. We're out tonight at the local pub for a meal with a couple of neighbours. Mrs BB said she's taking a blanket!
