Up through the wood...

to the ridge this morning, where out weather was reasonable, if chilly at 6°, but the Cairngorms and Cromdales were under cloud. The hills above Lochindorb were snow covered and they are only 500 m, but east facing which is the way the snow came.
The extra, pony plucking, made me chuckle to see the Jackdaws pulling tufts from its coat for their nests!
