Keep On Running

Today we drove to my wife's sister to spend the 1st of May festivities with them, within the covid rules. I went out for a walk at one point and happened to see on a remote field an amazing spectacle, the hare "running mating bonanza". I happened to read a few weeks before about this strange mating behaviour where the males run after the females while at the same time may take a swing at their rivals. It was really dynamic and full of frenzy. See also the extra.
