Today was much like every other day this week - lots of sorting through of stuff in Mum's house. Not fun but has to be done!

Frustration of the day: waiting in a queue on the phone from position 25 to position 7, only for the connection cut out. Grrr.....  I started again but this time I was in position 35! Time to eat breakfast, shower and dress before I reached the front of the queue. At least I got there in the end.
