Spring?

Walked up to the local shops for some bread while husband and son number two carried on with the decorating. Met a friend who was walking her dog on the way and we had a good chat, interspersed with ball-chucking to keep the dog happy. The hedges along the streets have suddenly begun to blossom. They looked very spring like today despite the grey skies and drizzle.

Bought the comic relief bake off book to get some ideas for baking this week. I need to take cakes in on Tuesday and Friday. They need to be robust too so that they'll survive the train journey.

Had fun at the lunchtime Zumba class. I've really missed not being able to go in the week so it is good to be able to catch up on a Saturday.

Went out to do my usual litter pick this afternoon. Not to much rubbish around for a change so it didn't take long. Looking forward to an evening of doing very little.
