I have a very odd selection of photos in my phone from today. First off the golf course, then maps of Wales and train timetables, then a variety of fabrics and then a cookery book.

But it’s Benelia’s 50th birthday tomorrow and tradition dictates her birthday present features.

So, up and out for a brisk walk with Rosie up the golf course path (not the golf course obvs, that’s now forbidden). Then my mum came round and I talked her through the early presentation of our Tour de Wales options. Then we went shopping for fabrics for her chairs with HUGE success. She went home and I WhatsApp chatted throughout the Grand Prix quali with Lesley. Then cooked Chinese food. Next up booking Strong Man tickets (to watch!!) and then dinner, telly.
