Or we call it lemon curd. Found a really old recipe and made this today. Just the 2 little jars. It was delicious when it was hot, hoping it’s just as good when it’s cooled down. I don’t usually finish off jars of jam as posh as this but I needed a blip and thought they’d look prettier, and there are only 2 jars. Made a load of celery soup this morning too after Mr I bringing me 4 large packs of celery when he went to Tesco.
