Notes: Awake in the 5a hour again. Big day! Carvana pulled up 9a - was so quick and easy to get car, sign paperwork, and hand over keys to mine for a trade-in. Was amazing and the new SUV is in beautiful shape! Hung around then till just after 11a, heard from a possible renter to get out this lease. Landlord was getting ugly and I tried to hold the higher ground - it worked. Viewer showed up early (love that!), was in and out in a few minutes and wants the place ... and wants to move in early, by mid-month or so (perfect for me!). Headed out then in new car for multi errands - all went well. Stopped bank, Total Wine (for NA beer, wine and champagne), Publix order and then out at the beach. Hot day, car said 87 coming back. Packed a bit more, showered, got bike ready and relaxed. Things are coming together in an amazing way!
