Padlocked

For no apparent reason, this broken part of the fence is held together with a chain and padlock. It’s slightly odd because there are several other places where the fence is broken or completely missing.

What’s weird about this photo is that it shows an interesting insight how the depth of field works on the phone - the background is blurred except for the bit inside the chain, presumably because the software cannot tell that it’s not part of the ‘foreground’.
