Breakfast of Champions

This morning I woke early, unfortunately, so I just got up. I was getting ready to head over to the office but I felt a bit hungry. Then I spotted the pie on the counter.

I bought it yesterday from Walmart, yes Walmart. And my oh my was it a good choice. I love strawberry and rhubarb pies.

So this morning as I was about to head out I saw it there, calling to me. It took me a moment to decide and a large piece of it came with me to work.

It turned out to be a long day and the pie got me through in fine form.

And the best news is that there’s enough for supper. :)
