Sheffield

Went last night to see son and heir! and Hannah in Sheffield and this morning in the grey gloom went to Weston Park museum. There was a lovely exhibition of Japanese enamel work up from the Vand A. Sheffield is quite rightly proud of its heritage and I liked this landscape of Sheffield made up of hundreds of photos of nature taken in Sheffield made into the landscape of Sheffield.
Back home listening to Ireland v France in sleet and the weather is not much better for the match either. Snow is forecast for tomorrow. Think I will hibernate!
