Friends

This is my sister and her friends. They have been together since high school and are so funny together. Today we had a surprise birthday party for her. (I love that they often include me in their shenanigans.)
There was an incident during their sophomore year that involved the water fountain outside the band room. It was traumatic, included nuns, and is part of their epic history.
My sister's friend heard that our old high school was being torn down, so she used some of her connections to acquire that very same water fountain. What a gift! My sister actually cried!
There were still blobs of chewing gum attached to the sides of it.
