Vermouth

A mashed up week of ups and downs, lawyers and work permits, tears and distractions, and brasseries.

Sara had planned wisely ahead for her birthday week and booked a table in the beer garden of a pub that is typically teeming on a Friday night. It was a good laugh and my discovery was that vermouth is very pleasant with gin.

This bus shelter had graffiti on the side, with the message ‘shire’, instead of the typical profanity. In Cambridgeshire even graffiti artists have delicate sensibilities.
