Another lion....

Our last morning in the national park.  A bit cloudy overhead today which is good weather for cats apparently!  So...we found this one and another male lion not far away - this guy was very impressive with an amazing dark mane.  Elephants passed him by as he lay sleeping and they never bothered with each other!  Got some lovely elephant photos too but I just love this lion!

It was a wonderful break - I just arrived home in Lusaka but I hope to have a chance to go back again before the end of the year!

Thanks for the lovely comments on my leopard and lions pictures.  Lions are not usually my thing - I prefer leopards and wild dogs but this weekend was definitely for lions!
