Great Spotted Woodpecker

I made shortbread this morning. LOH had given me  silicone baking sheets recently so I rolled out the dough on one and then lifted the sheet onto a tray, I set the oven at a slightly lower temperature  for a slightly longer time.  It worked well, no need to grease the tin  and it all lifted off easily.
