The better half finished off the painting, using the bigger roller this time, a much better idea. Meanwhile, in the garden, yours truly, clambered up the ladder to fix the lattice, which the ivy had tried its hardest to bring down. Jobs done. So quite a busy Sunday, doing some of the odd jobs which had been nagging at us for a while. Didn't venture out much, just to get the doom & gloom papers, at least the travel & sports pages were reasonably ok.
