when you're weary, feeling small
Eddie came round for lunch and a general catch up today, which was nice as I hadn't seen him in ages. It's strange to think that I have friends who I met as an adult who I've known for 13 years. We're slowly going grey together, trying to figure out what we're doing with our lives, work-wise and relationship-wise (or lack of relationship-wise.) Eddie and I met in halls at uni. He was passing by my room, asked if I had a cigarette and ended up staying in my room til 5 in the morning, talking about anything and everything. You just don't meet people like that anymore; well I don't anyway.
At the point where this photo was taken, he answered my phone when Rhiannon called me and very successfully scared her into believing she had dialled the wrong number and was talking to a bit of a ghetto Chinese takeaway or something along those lines. Very childish....very funny.
In other news, I've just put some banana bread in the oven and I booked my ticket to go to Madagascar this Summer to visit Helene - so excited to see her!!
