This morning MightyMouse had his try-out session for a local running club - a good one with a waiting list ! - but it helps that one of his big brothers runs on team with them.

It was a good start for him and a good start to the day for Elbows and I and the dogs - very nippy but lovely.

And it’s DougsJB’s 22nd birthday today so we headed over there later. Ooooh he’s so lovely. His birthday treat to himself was a 21k run first thing ... He’s had a great day :-)
