BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY

An 11 km run first thing before breakfast and before the torrential rain and wind arrived.

A trip around the bathroom store this afternoon. There is just so much choice. A KFC take away afterwards.

This is the first time I have been in a shop for as long as I can remember.
