Bank Holiday

A beautiful blue sky day after the dull weekend. 
Pic on afternoon walk  through the vineyards. Went for another run which was bit crazy after yesterday's 22k but took it easy, and was so great to get out.
Doc called after my recent blood test and seems I am very low in b12 so need a couple of injections. Probably need to start eating some steak and liver etc, but that's unlikely to happen. Otherwise bad cholesterol is a little high but compensated by low good cholesterol so seems ok. Otherwise all good for someone of my age, which always seems like a vague compliment.
