Crossing the Line....for the last time!
Almost a last minute dash for a shot for this last competition of our Camera Club season with a subject of "Crossing the Line". Envisaged this some time ago (see 28th Feb.) and asked a friend to help out as model and dog walker but we didn't get around to it as she started a new job. Decided to give it a try with another friend who agreed as we both were going to meet up for a dog walk. The "stylist" ...me! asked if she had an item of red clothing teamed perhaps with something white and she turned up with this ...perfect! In truth I was veering towards this being a mono image but as the outfit looked good I stayed with colour. We tried it with her dog - a standard blue roan cocker spaniel but obviously I decided to choose this one featuring puppy Ginny - as proud new owner you would wouldn't you! I liked her jaunty step with tail held high and ears flapping. Let's see what the Judge thinks. Not many entries in this competition as enthusiasm wanes a bit at the end of the season. Stevvi has produced two stunning entries and there are a couple of other contenders but mostly some drawn from back catalogue stuff.
