Run it’s Course

I was up and out for a run early. This field is nicely downhill which gives me a chance to get my breath back.
D was painting the hall all day and I was sent to B & Q for more supplies. I also cleaned the bathrooms and spent a couple of hours working.
Poppy’s been in Cambridge with her friends and Alfie is putting the finishing touches to his new EP which is released tomorrow.
