Den building with the Alfie

Went for a lovely Chinese massage with Chi who my mum knows - she gave us Tomar the chinese cat - acupuncture using fingers strange but bizarrely effective - let's see how well I sleep tonight

Isla and Alfie came round and I spent a good hr running round the garden with Alfie pretending to be chased by the "shape shifter" and "problem blog" god knows who they are?? At least we got to build a pretty good den - even if I do say so myself!
