JP managed a slightly longer walk today, past the windmills and down to the viewpoint overlooking Church Ope bay. Rufus castle remains to the right, built in the 1500’s. 
We hoped the district nurse was coming today to see JP but it’s been postponed until tomorrow which was very disappointing.
