Made it to work dry this morning, which I wasn’t expecting. Pretty hideous day, too busy. Absolutely did not make it home dry. I was soaked to the skin within about 3 minutes, it was far too windy for an umbrella. As a little final flourish of soaking, I remembered to wait for a gap in the traffic to run past the huge puddle at the end of our road, but the wind blew the splashed water back at me anyway.

Showered as soon as I got in to warm up, then an evening of Matt’s delicious curry and the first few episodes of The Bridge. I’ve seen it before but Matt hasn’t. God I love Saga Noren.

Our little pepper plant has yet to grow peppers but it has got a flower!
