Cheese cookies

Today after work I told hubby : today I will do some baking - I though of cheese cookies. (Hubby doesn’t like cheese in any way ) he: you mean cheese CAKE. ... big grin on his face.. I: nooo - I mean cheese cookies - with pecorino cheese ... his face: priceless :)) but he got an apple cake anyway - so freedom in the house
