The Ceramic Cat
The plan had been to visit Lochore Meadows Country Park which is one of the largest reclamation projects in Scotland.
The park is located between Lochgelly and Kelty.
When we arrived the park was very busy and we decided to reschedule our visit for another time.
Continuing by another route, I thought we should revisit West Wemyss and walk along a section of the Fife Coastal Path.
After leaving the harbour we came across a Fairy Glade and a house with a ceramic door and window. See extra.
These are ceramic collages recessed into the cliff face.
I took quite a number of photos on this particular walk. Part of the walk continues past a section of coastal erosion and a walled property which looks to have been vacated if not abandoned.
See the section extra which has an interesting wall with arched openings and a ruined castle in the garden.
It is all very strange.
