First Kayak in 2 Years ...

... as David was too busy building his sailing boat! Now we are between the Winter and Summer seasons we might get out a bit more often. It was lovely to be on the silky, flat, water with no wind but the wind is gusting now so this tranquil scene would be very different on the lake.

Extra is the tiny island and huge plane tree which was planted in 1851. The island was given to Queen Victoria as a present from the Swiss government. Apparently it was given back as property tax was charged to the Queen!
