I on the other hand had printer problems again which Apple couldn’t sort out so....I had to spend money and get technical assistance free m HP.

As soon as I said my broadband was with BT the chap said “oh ok usual problem then - they cause all sorts of difficulties” but he was able to rectify the problem and the printer is again working.
