Seeing double

Katie was diagnosed with dementia - she is senile ! We took her in since her behavior changed a couple of months ago when Billy died. We thought she missed him when she started howling throughout the night & day. @ times she screams so loud it makes your skin crawl; in the middle of the night she gets disoriented and starts screaming. As soon as she lays down with me - all her problems are gone! Never knew this happened to animals since I never had a pet close to 20 years old. For the rest she eats well, put on weight, no kidney problems for now, she is getting dealer ( then again I believe she was her entire life because she never listened LOL ) we love our Katie even though she wakes us up screaming at night!
